Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. Psalm 55:22 (NIV)
- A church sign I photographed in late June 2018 . . . in Greensboro, NC. I have a lifeguard. His name is Jesus Christ! He walks on the sea for me.
Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.” And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. Matthew 14:25-29 (NKJV)
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”
John 14: 1,2,6 (NKJV)

When we cast our cares upon the strong shoulders of Christ a heavy load is lifted from our minds, spirits and bodies. Joseph a son of Jehovah

One hymn says it well: “What a friend we have in Jesus, All our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry. Everything to God in prayer! ” ALL our sins and griefs to bear. Not some, all. BTW the 2 exclamation points are part of lyrics, not grammar I have added myself. Peace.
