Whether you turn to the right or to the left,
your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying,
“This is the way; walk in it.” (Isaiah 30:21 NIV)
‘More-than-a-conqueror’ Christians
Keep these things in mind:
- You’re not alone. Thou art with you!
- Stay on the path He leads you on (5th Pillar of Christian Assurance)
- God’s grace is sufficient. He’s strongest when you’re weakest.
- Even when you feel you’re strong, the ‘cliff’ you are dealing with may still be BEYOND your ‘might or power’ (post). In such situations, only through His Spirit will you prevail.
SCRIPTURE for the walk
- He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. (Psalm 23: 3-4)
- So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. (Zechariah 4:6 NIV)
- And the Lord, He is the one who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” (Deuteronomy 31:8 NKJV)
- But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. (2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV)
