Sometimes it’s impossible,
to keep the lights on inside
when there’s so much darkness
lurking on the outside.
Sometimes the truth,
doesn’t shine so very bright
when there’s so much gloom
that clouds up the sight.
Sometimes in the shadows,
the way seems to disappear
when there’s so much dread
lurking close and near.
But, the One True Light,
is always on ~ inside of us
when there’s so much doubt
in Jesus we can always trust!
